Hi, thanks for a great plugin.

I've tried all settings combinations but cannot find any way to turn OFF the display of the TOC / Index. All I want to show is the PREF / NEXT images I use.

The only way I can find to do this is to hack the CSS:

.enligne {
    display: none;
}

An option in a future version to disable the display of the TOC completely would be useful, to me at least.

I added a new style = 'none' into version 2.4.2 . Please test and let me know.
