Yes, your hosting environment does not allows the component to create it => create it via : command, ftp ....

Out of context, I do not know. You need to provide much more information about your environment, as requested on the top of this forum for example.

Other possibility: you can uninstall (important) the component first and install the BS MyJspace 3.0.0 RC1 pack. This version installs the default folder for the pages files in /media/myjsp/ which can change things for such error for some hosting environment. Let me know if this helps.
