lock Pack up and move pages from one Joomla installation to another

Pack up and move pages from one Joomla installation to another was created by Jim Homyak
I've gotten 25 pages working through one Joomla setup that I've lost control over by trying to migrate to a new Joomla installation. How can I packup the pages and move them to another Joomla installation. I can see the media\myjsp folder using file manager inside cPanel. I can also see the pages through the BSMyJSpace control panel inside Joomla. How to move the entire set of files?

1/ copy the folder '/media/myjsp' & subfolder & file (same place & naming)
2/ copy the table(s) _myjspace and _myjspace _cfg
3/ install the component
4/ update the configuration with the same options as previously
Notes:
- the categories will be lost if any
- the user id need to be the same between the 2 Joomla install
