Thanks for a great plugin!

I do have one question, I'm using K2, and would like to know if it's possible to position the pagebreak menu at another position that under itemFullText?

There is different possible positions using the options :
- Index style : which use different positions top / down …
- Index position : left, right
- And other options if you are using arrows, or ‘prev.’ ‘next’, for example.

You need to details more the expectation to see if it’s can be made & how.
